It’s fig season and I couldn’t find any at my local grocery store. I looked everyplace online and Finally found these guys! I ordered ALOT of them. They called and agreed to hold them until after my vacation and then they arrived cold, and perfect! I will be ordering more things that I love, that are impossible to find at the store.

I purchased a box of apples and unfortunately more than 50% of them arrived spoiled or rotten. I reached out to the company simply to let them know about the issue, as I didn't feel it was necessarily their fault. To my surprise, the owner Marc, personally called me personally called me and went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did they take the time to listen, but they also issued a full refund even though the situation was likely out of their control. That level of customer service is rare these days. It's clear that this company genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its products. Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds says everything. I will absolutely purchase from them again and highly recommend them to others.

Had to give my five stars to “Onatru Foods” . My wife and I own a catering company in Boston MA. Recently we ordered some products from “ Onatru Foods” , and we received the product with some issues. We contacted our agent “ Marc” Who was responding immediately!! We were extremely impressed on how Marc handled the situation and resolved it with kindness and professionalism. Not only that he promised a replacement of the product, he also followed up every step of the way. This is the kind of customer service And professional support a customer wants to have. We will definitely continue to work with Marc and “Onatru Foods “ . We strongly recommend them and will refer them to our colleagues in business.

After months of trying to source a specify product I was finally able to find it. Unfortunately order my shipping was delayed. After reaching out I was explained the delay was due an item shortage. I expressed to them I needed the item in a certain time and I already had waited some time for the order so they sent it overnight. Unfortunately wrong item was received but after reaching out again they did make it right by expediting the correct item and not charging for the initial item. The team are very responsive and respectful. Great customer service will def continue to use in future
